Support Group for First Responders
A FREE music-based support group for current and former first responders (police, fire, EMS, dispatch, and medical professionals). The program will provide participants with a variety of tools to handle trauma exposure (direct and indirect).
This is a supportive, no-judgment environment facilitated by a music therapist. Activities will include music listening, music sharing, songwriting, and lyric analysis. No music experience or education required to participate.
The group will meet on Fridays from 3:00-4:00PM beginning June 18, 2021 through September 10, 2021 at the Music Project (1702 Pacific Ave, Everett, WA 98201). Spots reserved on a first come, first serve basis.
